Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival
Meet your guide on arrival at Noi Bai International airport and transfer to hotel in the city center and check - in. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 2: Ha Noi Half Day City Tour - Bat Trang Pottery Village (B/L)
Begin the first day of the trip with a tour of Ha Noi. Depart from the hotel for a visit to Vietnam's first university - the Temple of Literature. Founed in 1076, Quoc Tu Giam was established within a temple to educate Vietnam's royalty, mandarins and members of the elite. 
Continue with a visit to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, one of Vietnam's most iconic temples. Nearby is the Mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh and his modest house on stilts. (Sites are viewed from outside, closed on Mon and Fri and from Jun - Aug).
Visit the picturesque West Lake and its sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Ha Noi with its history line of more than 1,500 years.
After visiting, you will have a meal at an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant.
Today's afternoon is joyful time for your family. We head our way to Bat Trang Ceramic Village, at which to whole family will be joining exciting pottery workshops together. There will be a little dirt, bit in exchange to lots of fun and unforgettable moments to your family. 
Return to Ha Noi in late afternoon.
Day 3: Ha Noi - Ha Long Bay - Overnight on cruise (B/L/D)
After breakfast, driver picks up and transfer to Ha Long Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as "Dragon descending to the sea".
Upon arrival, the boat crew welcome you and check in then enjoy a cruise around Ha Long Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water.
Following break, depending on each cruise's itinerary of the day, you 'll join some activities on boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visit a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. Overnight on board. 
Note: Our tour guide will not accompany aboard the cruise in Ha Long Bay. Resident English speaking guide on board is available. 
Day 4: Ha Long - Ha Noi - Overnight on cruise (B)
You might start your second day in Ha Long Bay with an early tai-chi class or simply wake up and witness the amazing sunrise on the bay. Breakfast is served a bit later, with tea and bread while the vessels continue cruising through rock islands and returning to base. Reaching the port, our transfer is waiting to bring you directly to Noi Bai Internatioanl Airport for your flight to Danang City. We arrive at Da Nang in the evening. Our driver is waiting outside to pick you up and bring you to Hoi An Old Town which is about an hour of driving. Check-in hotel in Hoi An, enjoy the rest of the night on your own. Overnight in Hoi An. 
Day 5: Hoi An Half Day - Latern Making Class (B)
Hoi An is an old port town, which was founded with mixture of different cultures from Vietnam to Japan, China and Europe. Fortunately, most of ancient constructions in this town have been conserved at unspoiled condition (although some of buildings are now using for commercial purposes), so travelers will have a complete understanding of history and diversity in culture of this historic place. Our half-day excursion is simply walking. We will wander along old streets, cross several old houses, see how daily lives of local people are, and witness how historical elements of the town merging with modernity. We will also visit some of the ancient monuments from other nations, like ​the Japanese Covered Bridge or Fujian Assembly Hall of Chinese. And after some walking, a cold glass of traditional herbal drink from a street-side shop is the best way to refresh, and enjoy the true taste of Hoi An on your tongue. Last but not least, we will stop by a handicraft store, at which you and your family could directly see the creation of traditional Vietnamese lantern, and participate in a short workshop to make one for yourself.
Day 6: Tra Que Herbal Village - Local living - Join Tour (B/L)
After breakfast at the hotel, tour guide will meet your family at hotel. Now is time for your family to experience how life of local family at countryside villages of Hoi An is. Drop at bicycle shop for pick up your own transportation, we then cycle to a local farming village travelling along picturesque country roads. Board on boat and cruise to the mouth of the river where it meets the Cua Dai Sea. Learn to paddle the strange and unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats. Enjoy basket boat dancing on the round boat - Thung Chai shown by crews. Explore the now tranquil coconut -palm flanked waterways of a past war and hear of the extreme conditions endured by soliders on both sides. 
Saying gooodbye to our lovely local hosts, we return to Hoi An. The rest of the day is at leisure. 
Day 7: Hoi An Free Day (B)
Enjoy a free day in the world heritage listed Hoi An. You may like to wander the Central Market and the street stalls selling painting, woodwork, ceramics, lanterns, and much more. Hoi An is also famous for its talented tailors who can make beautiful items to order within a few hours. For those still feeling adventours, why not hire a bicycle and tour the surrounding countryside? Other optional activities include a day trip to My Son (elaborate World Heritage - listed temples that reflect the rich cultural traditions of Cham civilization), a cruise along the Thu Bon River and a trip to the nearby Cua Dai Beach.
Optional: We introduce some ways to explore the beauty of Hoi An. You can choose one of bellow options:
Option 1: Discover My Son Holy Land Half Day: My Son Sanctuary- a collection of Champa ruins nested amongst the mountains in the geological basin of the Quang Nam province. Price from $50/person.
Option 2: Life as a farmer in Cam Thanh Village: Join the farmers in preparing and fertilizing the land. Get to know the villagers' daily working routines, like raking the ground, sowing, watering and picking greens and many more garderning activities. Price from $70/person.

Day 8: Hoi An - Da Nang - Flight to HCMC (B)
The morning is free at leisure until our driver shows up and takes you back to Da Nang International Airport for flights to Ho Chi Minh City. Reaching the city after about 1.5hrs flying, you will be shortly picked up by our representative and immadiately transferred to the hotel in the city's center. There will be no activities today, so you might spend time for refereshing before the next day itinerary. 
Day 9: Mekong Delta Full Day (B/L)
Depart Ho Chi Minh City for 2-hour drive to the Southwest to Cai Lay. Along the way, notice lush rice paddies and fruit farms emerging alongside the highway. Upon arrival, before a charming wooden boat to enjoy countryside scenery and river life. Then strech your legs a bit and hop on a bicycle for a short ride of about 7km (over easy, level terrain) along narrow village lanes and past fruit orchards,. Arrive at the home of a tropical fruit farmer and have a walk around his orchards. Enjoy a friendly chat with the owner whlie tasting some local fresh fruits. Then, jump into a small mud pond and learn how to catch fish by bare hands. Enjoy the grilled fishes that you just catch in the pond. Continue your ride through this Mekong Village to a local home for a home-hosted lunch of Mekong Delta specialties. After lunch, a short walk takes you back to the car and your return to Saigon. 
Day 10: HCM Half Day - Excursion at Vinspace Art School (B/L)
Let’s get up and have breakfast, and now we are on the way to explore some parts of this busy Ho Chi Minh City – the largest city in Vietnam. Some most highlighted attractions in the city will be included in the program today, like the Reunification Palace which was used to be working space of Republic of Vietnam’s President during Vietnam War, Notre Dame Cathedral and Saigon Post Office which are 2 unique constructions representing French Colonial time in Vietnam about hundred years ago, or Ben Thanh Market which is one of the largest trading place in the city. Lots of walking will be required, before having lunch at local restaurants. In the afternoon, your family will experience a new aspect of Ho Chi Minh City – Saigon with participating in the joyful workshop at local art school. The activities will be simple, but fun and totally ensured a plenty of smile for you and your beloved one. Return to your hotel after art sections, and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Day 11: Ho Chi MInh Free Day (B)
Today is free to enjoy the city in your own way. We might suggest some attractive activities that you could explore the South of Vietnam in a very authentic way:
Option 1: Experience another version of Saigon city, which is more quite and more poetic in the early morning. You will have chances to fill your lung with fresh air in the morning, enjoy truly local breakfast, with additional milk-iced coffee before the city turns to their daily face of noisy and crowded.
Option 2: Dinner Cruise on Saigon River: Spending romantic evening with a special dinner on boat while the cruise setting sail on the Saigon River. Fell free to contact our consultant for these services, or any other activities that you would like to try.
Day 12: Ho Chi Minh Departure (B)
Have leisure time before your departure. You are welcome to join our interesting optional excursions in and around Ho Chi Minh City, such as our Good Morning Saigon! tour.

Transfer to the airport in Ho Chi Minh City for your onward flight.
