Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival
Welcome to Ha Noi, the capital of Vietnam. You will be greeted by our tour guide and transfer directly to hotel in Ha Noi.
Check in time will be at 2:00pm and in case that you would like to secure an early check in, an additional charge will be applied. 
Day 2: Ha Noi City Tour And Walking Food Tour Full Day (B/L/D)
Ha Noi - Vietnam's capital city. It has multitude of corners to discover, multitude of customs to learn, multitude of new sensations to feel, multitude of experiences to live. That is the results of centuries of interesting history, including fight and peace stories, mystical and legendary stories that will captivate you. We will learn about those stories by visiting Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Literature Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake. History is also reflected on city's daily life and on city's present. We will witness that on the charming Old Quarter where you will observe Hanoi's bustling rhythm.
Then we will try Vietnamese street food tour at 17:30.
We will take you to go to inside the small lane and alleys inside the Ha Noi Old Quarter and show you how real Hanoians live, work and eat. By far our most popular tour, this tour is great fun and perfect way to discover some of the lesser known dishes that the locals lover to eat. From Bun Bo (Sauteed Beef Rice Vermicelli), Banh Cuon (Steamed Rice Rolls), Banh Mi and end with unique Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee) which will round of our tour food courses perfectly. Day 3: Ha Noi - Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, driver picks up and transfer to Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as "Dragon descending to the sea".
Upon arrival, the boat crew welcome you and check in then enjoy a cruise around Ha Long Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emrald water. 
Following break, depending on each cruise's itinerary of the day, you will join sone activities on boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visit a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. Overnight on board. 
Day 4: Halong Bay - Ha Noi - Da Nang - Hoi An (B/L)
You might start your second day in Halong Bay with an early tai-chi class or simply wake up and witness the amazing sunrise on the bay. After breakfast, cruise take you to explore the most stunning caves in Ha Long.
The early lunch will be served on the way getting back to the main dock for transferring to Ha Noi airport for flight to Danang. Upon arrival at Da Nang airport, warmly welcome and transfer to hotel in Hoi An for check in and overnight. 
Day 5: Hoi An Walking Foodie Tour (B/L)
Evening Walking Foodie tour is perfect combination of discovering Hoi An cuisine and culture. Our tour starts around sunset, and will walk you through local cafes, food stalls, markets, and restaurants, giving you a filling food adventure for the memory books.
We start to go to local areas and wander around the food stalls to discover Hoi An traditional dishes, including: 
Banh Mi
You will have chance to taste the signature Vietnamese sandwich hand-made by royalty, the Banh Mi Queen.
Cao Lau
Perhaps the difference between Cao Lau and other noodle dishes is the texture. Cao lau noodles are firmer and chewier - very similar to Japanese Udon - than those found in typical Vietnamese noodle dishes such as pho. The best bet for finding authentic Cao Lau in Hoi An is to eat from street vendors who only serve Cao Lau or a small handful of local dishes
Banh Beo
We go through small alleys and stop at local business house and see how real Vietnamese life looks like. Here, we will discover a Vietnamese traditional cake: Banh Beo – a popular snack of Hoi An people.
Banh Khot
Banh Khot is one of popular Vietnamese street food, a round pancake made with rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, quail egg and vegetables at a famous street vendor near Hoai Square.

Day 6: Hoi An - Da Nang - Hue (B)
Pick up at hotel in Hoi An, then transfer to hotel in Hue via Cloudy Pass. Land transportation by shuttle bus or private car will be used, with stop at some spots on the way for sightseeing and photoshoot (admission fee is not included).
Day 7: Hue Half Day City Tour (B)
The tranquil Hue City was founded in 17th century as a royal city and a capital (before Hanoi replaced it), and now has become one of top destinations in the middle of Vietnam.
Our itineraries today start with a visit to Thien Mu Pagoda, a famous Buddhism attraction which is located at the bank of the enchanting Perfume River. The pagoda is fascinating because of not only ancient design of the buildings, but also good location at which you could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Perfume River.
Leaving the pagoda, we continue our journey today with a visit to the Imperial Citadel. Being the “house” of Nguyen Royal Family, the last dynasty in Vietnam, the citadel reflects luxurious and prosper lives of the royal family, and allows visitor to explore a part of Vietnam pre-modern history. Even though some buildings were damaged or destructed during some wars, but crucial constructions are still remained and currently being conserved at good condition. We will spend most of the time around the citadel, with visit to front gate, the Flag Tower, The King’s Palace, and the Museums of Royal Antiquities. Time for the buildings is finished, and now is time for interaction with the local people.
Our next and last stop will be Dong Ba Market, the largest traditional trading place in not only Hue City, but also the adjacent provinces. Walking through kiosks, you will have chance to understand daily business of local sellers, their way of doing business, as well as purchase some interesting souvenirs before we drive you back to your hotel.
Day 8: Hue - Ho Chi Minh City (B)
After having breakfast, our transportation will transfer you to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. 
After about 1.5 hours flight time, you will reach Tan Son Nhat International Airport at which our driver is waiting to bring you to hotel in the city centre. Check-in hotel and free to explore the city on your own (or simply having a nap).
Day 9: Cu Chi Tunnels - Cooking Class Full Day (B/L)
7:30 You will be picked up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to start the one day tour with new experience.
8:45 – 10:00 Visit Ho Chi Minh Agricultural Villages (in Cu Chi District) to see rural life style such as : cow areas, buffalo areas, rice fields, fish, prawn, chicken, duck areas, big herbs, spices, vegetables & mushrooms areas. You will have the oportunity to become a real Vietnamese farmer on Vietnamese Traditional Hat and pick up a lot of herbs, spices, vegetables and mushrooms in the garden.
10:00 - 13:30 Hands on cooking class with three dishes and 1 dessert and enjoy your achievement. After that you will be given great healthy cooking tips & congratulation with nice certificate, recipes, souvenirs.
13:30 - 14:00 After lunch, visit rice paper making village to understand how people make rice papers and get hands to make rice papers if you want. Then explore the rubber tree forest and see how the local people collect the latex.
14:00 - 16:00 Continue to Cu Chi Tunnels - an elaborate underground community made up of 250 km of tunnels and chambers below the city. There, you can:
  • Watch a presentation video to have an overview about the tunnels life.
  • Get to see the tunnels and discover how these tunnels were constructed, how people lived there and how they against the enemy.
  • Visit Hoang Cam's smoke-less store.
  • Play gun shooting with real bullets (fees not included).
  • Taste boiled tapioca, drinking hot tea.
17:30  Be back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 10: Ho Chi Minh - Cai Be - Mekong Delta
Before going to the cruise ship terminal in Cai Be, the car stops at Cai Be Cao Dai Oratories, which is the religious symbol of local uniqueness. Then the visitors are picked up by the tourist boats to visit the floating market of rice in An Cu commune, Cai Be district – where is the rice trade largest exporter Southwest region of Vietnam, tourists will chat to learn more about daily life of the local people. The next destinations are the ancient village of Dong Hoa Hiep commune and Cai Be floating market. Leaving the floating market, tourist boats take visitors to Tan Phong islet and go to Hai Yen bee Farm Here, guests will visit big flower garden where bees produce honey , enjoy fresh honey tea and understand more about bees life, visit  Linhzhi mushroom area, try to pull fish hooves, experience the monkey bridges. Then, guests continue visiting the orchard of Ms. Hang and enjoy the fruits in the garden picked by themselves, listening to Vietnamese folk music then getting in a rowing boat to small canal .The Mekong Ecolodge Resort is the next destination where guests having lunch. After the meal ,tourists will check-in their room and take a rest.
Around 4:00pm: Tourists participate in scooping ditch to fishing activity and the picking vegetables in restaurant’s garden to prepare for dinner. After that, diners and Ecolodge’s members will cook together and enjoy our meal.
Day 11: Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh (B/L)
8:00am: Tourists can receive the bike -after having breakfast- to begin the journey in which the tourists have an opportunity to discover an enjoyable itinerary and participate in a lot of activities with local people in Tan Phong island. First of all, tourist will visit Ms Ba’s house to learn how to make the ricepaper used to make the sping roll dishes. Then, the passengers continue going to Ms. 6’s house to see the method to knit the banana hammock from the rope of dry banana leaves. The next destination is Ms Yen’s house - the place where the travelers can learn the way to make jackfruit leaf cake - a cake is said to be special cake of Tan Phong island - guests and homeowners will work together and enjoy cake. After that, the tourists will visit Ms Muoi- a very old woman- to see the method to make the leaves that can be the roof of Vietnamese house. Say goodbye to Ms Muoi, visitors cycle to Thao’s house to know how to knit water hyacinth, guests can also enjoy their first  handmade lovely gift with the guidance of Ms. Thao. Next, tourists visit a school, to interact with the children. Finally, holidaymakers come back to Mekong Ecolodge to take a rest and check out.
At around 12:00am: Guests have an opportunity to experience the Hiep Duc ferry boat with the local people to go through Tien River and the car will pick guests up in the opposite side.
Take a transfer back to hotel in Ho Chi Minh for take a rest.
Day 12: Hoi Chi Minh Departure (B)
Enjoy your lazy last morning in Ho Chi Minh City and have breakfast at hote's restaurant. You are free until our transfer comes and you are transported to airport for your flight back home. We say goodbye after arriving at the airport and we hope to see you on your other vacation in Vietnam.
