Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
Meet your tour guide on arrival at Noi Bai International Airport and transfer to hotel in the city center and check-in. (Hotel rooms may not be ready until 14:00 but an early check-in would be guaranteed with a surcharge.). Rest of the day is at leisure.

- Water Puppet Show where puppets are performed on water stage with folk music, presenting ancient tales, folklores and daily life in Vietnamese countryside.
- Tu Phu (Four Palaces) Show - a very unique show about ritual of spirit practiced in the Vietnamese indigenous religion with music, colors and lively dance performance. The Four Palaces Shows take place on Thursday and Saturday every week.
Day 2: Hanoi half day city tour – Bat Trang Pottery Village (B/L)
Meet our representative at your hotel in Hanoi, and then we will begin our itinerary with the Temple of Literature. Being considered as the First University of Vietnam, the temple is a symbol of Vietnamese culture, at which you will explore not only the history of education in Vietnam, but also the fondness of Vietnamese for learning. We then proceed our trip with a short visit Ba Dinh Square (from the outside) to hear the story of 2’September 1945, when a large ceremony were held at this place to declare Vietnam’s Independence. Continue wandering to Thanh Nien Road, one of the most poetic roads in Vietnam with two peaceful lakes on both sides, we stops for visiting Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda to obtain some knowledge on traditional religions in Vietnam, and enjoy the romantic beauty of this area. After lots of walking, now is time for sitting and tasting some of the most delicious Vietnamese dishes. Lunch is served at local restaurant. Today’s afternoon is joyful time for your family. We head our way to Bat Trang Ceramic Village, at which to whole family will be joining exciting pottery workshops together. There will be a little dirt, but in exchange to lots of fun and unforgettable moments to your family. Return to Hanoi in late afternoon.
Day 3: Ky Son Full Day Excursion (B/L)
Have breakfast at hotel in Hanoi. Tour guide and driver pick up at hotel at around 7:30 then drive to Ky Son village.
9:00 am: Arrive at Moon Garden Homestay in Ky Son village. Welcome dessert with local fresh green tea.
9:15 am: You can have choice of a short ride of 6 km or a long ride of 12 km round trip:

- Short ride: Take a bicycle ride to discover the Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham farming communities, visiting some local families that having traditional craftsmanship and stop at any home you like for a cup of tea. Visiting the kindergarten (if open). Chatting with local people about their daily life and farming. Or walking in the village, (if required) you can help with plowing or transplanting seedlings, harvesting rice (or cassava, corn, sweet potatoes, cucumber...) depending on the harvest season..
- Long ride: Take a bicycle ride with local guide to discover the Ky Son, Tam Son, Van Minh, and Cham farming communities, Duong Lam ancient village and visit Mia Pagoda, Mong Phu Communal House, visit a local family that making traditional candies... Then bike ride back along the ritual paths of Thang Thac village.
12:00 pm: You will join cooking class and have lunch.
1:30 pm: Hand Spa- Enjoy having your fingers dipped in a fragrant lime bowl and the traditional herbal hand massage. Then, free time for relaxing or further conversation with the host family about local snacks, sharing cultures, and learning about traditional customs. If you want to learn Vietnamese, one of the family members can teach you.
2:00 pm: Enjoy foot bath in warm water with ginger, salt and mugwort medicinal herbs to be prepared, you can enjoy our local dessert and taste some of the local products such as traditional dessert, maize, sweet potato, cassava, peanuts, etc, depending on season.
3:00 pm: Free time for discovering Moon garden Homestay and Ky Son village by yourself (local market, kinder garden). Leave Ky Son and come back to Hanoi.

Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay - Overnight On Cruise (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, driver picks up and transfer to Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as “Dragon descending to the sea”.
Upon arrival, the boat crew welcome you and check in then enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water.
Following break, depending on each cruise’s itinerary of the day, you’ll join some activities on boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visit a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. Overnight on board.
Our tour guide will not accompany aboard the cruise in Halong Bay. Resident English speaking guide on board available.

Early risers can enjoy a memorable sunrise over the karst formations of Halong Bay. Breakfast will be served shortly thereafter. Enjoy breakfast (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations back towards port. Upon disembarkation, our driver will be waiting to provide transport to Hanoi hotel for check in. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 6: Hanoi Departure (B)
Free at your leisure in the morning. Your room is available until 12:00. Our driver will transfer you to the airport to take your departure flight. End services. Hope to serve you again!
