Itinerary
Day 1: Ha Noi Arrival
Meet your tour guide on arrival at Noi Bai International Airport and transfer to hotel in the city center and check-in. Rest of the day is at leisure.
Optional: We introduce two one-of-a-kind traditional performances which are found nowhere else than in Vietnam. You can choose one of below options:
  • Water Puppet Show where puppets are performed on water stage with folk music, prescenting ancient tales, folklores and daily life in Vietnam countryside.
  • Tu Phu (Four Palaces) Show - a very unique show boat ritual of spirit practiced in the Vietnamese indegious religion with music, colors and lively dance performance. The Four Palaces Shows take place on Thursday and Saturday every week.

Day 2: Ha Noi City Half Day Tour - Night Train to Lao Cai (B/L)
Morning or aftermoon depature depend on availability.
Half day Ha Noi City tour (by car or motorbike - upon client's interests) - Routes can change subject to client's interest.
Begin the first day of the trip with a tour of Ha Noi. Depart from the hotel for a visit to Vietnam's first university: The Temple of Literature. Founded in 1076, Quoc Tu Giam was established within a temple to educate Vietnam's royalty, madarins  and members of the elite.
Continue with a visit to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, one of Vietnam's most iconic temples. Nearby is the Mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, and his modest house on stilts (Sites are viewed from the outside, closed on Mon and Fri and from Jun - Aug).
Visit the picturesque West Lake and its sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Ha Noi with its history line of more than 1,500 years.
After visitng, you will have a meal at an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant then taking bath at hotel closed to the railway station.
Meet at hotel in Ha Noi at around 21:00 hrs and transfer to Ha Noi train station. Overnight train trip to Lao Cai in shared sleeping compartments (sharing with other passengers in 2 lower & 2 upper berths per compartment). Train departs at approximately 21:35 hrs.

Day 3: Lao Cai - Sapa - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (B/L)
5:30 ~ 6:00 Arrive at Lao Cai Train Station. Pick up at the train station and transfer to Sapa by a tourist shared bus (1 hour to get to Sapa). Early check in upon arrival is possible upon room occupancy (Surcharge applicable). Relax for a while to get ready for our full day tour.
Start the trip at around 9:30. Meet up your local guide and start trekking. The first part is on the road but we soon turn the right and walk on a small path down the valley to Y Linh Ho village settled down by the Muong Hoa River and from here to the Black H'mong village of Lao Chai. Black H'mong is one of the biggest minority groups in the Sapa area. They here to have their own language and wear traditional indigo blue clothing. The H'mong peoples have just recently changed their living way from sifting style into the sedentary one. So there are still a lot of traces of the past time can be seen: rudimentary houses, stone wall around homes... After this you continue to Ta Van village (1200m) to visit Zay people. Zay is a fairly small minority group of about 38.000 people who live mainly in Northwest Vietnam.
After visiting Ta Van village the car will return you to Sapa. Free at leisure the rest of the day. Overnight at Sapa hotel. 
Day 4: Sapa - Cat Cat - Sin Chai - Ha Noi (B)
In the morning, have breakfast at the hotel and then check out. Take a walk down to the Southwest of Sapa (around 3km) to visit Cat Cat Village of the Black H'mong, one of the more well-known ethnic village of Sapa. Relax at the foot of the stunning waterfall and the vestige of a hydroelectric power station that was constructed by French during the colonial time in Vietnam. Enjoy picnic lunch by the side of the river and then continue trekking to 3km to Sin Chai Village, located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain - "the roof of Indochina", where you enjoy a stunning landscapes of the mountain. Then come back to the main road to be transferred to Sapa town on a jeep for 3km.
Around 15:00 - 15:30. Transfer back to Ha Noi shuttle bus. Arrive in Ha Noi in the late evening. 
Day 5: Ha Noi - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc (B/L)
Just a couple hours' drive outside of Ha Noi and the tour heads deep into Vietnam's picturesque countryside. Discover Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam during the Dinh and Le dynasties, before taking a sampan trip down the Tam Coc River - also called the "Ha Long Bay on Land", this region is famous for its charming grottoes and limestone karst moutains.
Depart from the hotel around 8:00 for the 2 hour drive through rural northern Vietnam. Stop off at Hoa Lu, where there are temples dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang of the Dinh Dynasty (968-980) and Emperor Le Dai Hanh of the Le Dynasty (980-1009). If time permits after visiting Hoa Lu, take a half hour walk up one of the surrounding limestone karst hills, a diffcult but highly rewarding climb with spectacular views. (A moderate level of physical fitness is required). 
Continue on for Tam Coc Town where a Vietnamese-style lunch will be waiting, there will be ample opportunity to stop for photographs of villages and landscapes along the way. For those feeling adventurous, climb up to the 15th century Bich Dong Pagoda on nearby Ngu Nhac Mountain, comprising three structures: Ha, Trung, Thuong Pagodas (in ascending order). Then get on bus and our driver will take you back to Ha Noi.
Day 6: Ha Noi - Ha Long Bay - Overnight on Cruise (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, driver picks up and transfer to Ha Long Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as "Dragon descending to the sea".
Upon arrival, the boat crew welcome you and check in, then enjoy a cruise around Ha Long Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water.
Following break, depending on each cruise's itinerary of the day, you'll join some activities on boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visit a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. Overnight on board. 
Our tour guide will not escort you on the cruises, and be replaced by crew members who are fluent in English.
Day 7: Ha Long Bay - Ha Noi - Hue (B/L)
Early risers can enjoy a memorable sunrise over the karst formations of Ha Long Bay. Breaksfast will be served shortly thereafter. Enjoy breakfast (brunch on some boats) while vessels cruise slowly through magnificent rock formations back towards port. Upon disembarkation, our driver will be waiting to provide transport to Ha Noi to catch a flight to Hue. It will take about 1 hour 20 minutes on flight.
Upon arrival, welcomed by our driver in Hue airport then we will be transferred to hotel in Hue. Free at leisure the rest of the day. 
Day 8: Hue Half Day City Tour (B)

The tranquil Hue City was founded in the 17th century as a royal city and a capital (before Ha Noi replaced it) and now has become one of top destinations in the middle of Vietnam.
Our itineraries today start with a visit to Thien Mu Pagoda, a famous Buddhism attraction which is located at the bank of the enchanting Perfume River. The Pagoda is fascinating because of not only ancient design of the buildings, but also good location at which you could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Perfume River. 
Leaving the pagoda, we continue our journey today with a visit to the Imperial Citadel. Being the "house" of Nguyen Royal Family, the last dynasty in Vietnam, the citadel reflects luxurious and prosper lives of royal family and allows visitor to explore a part of Vietnam pre-modern history. Even though some buidlings were damaged or destructed during some wars, but crucial constructions are still remained and currently being conserved at good condition. We will spend most of the time around the citadel, with visit to front gate, the Flag Tower, the Kings's Palace and the Museum of Royal Antiquities. Time for the buildings is finished and now is time for interaction with the local people. 
Our next and last stop will be Dong Ba Market, the largest traditional trading place is not only in Hue City but also the adjacent provinces. Walking through kiosks, you will have chance to understand daily business of local sellers, their way of doing business as well as purchase some interesting souvenirs before we drive back to your hotel. 

Day 9: Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An (B)
In the morning, transfer to the enchannting town of Hoi An listed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage and was once a well-known trading centre in the Southeast Asia from the 16th to 18th centuries. Land transfer by shuttle bus or Private car with stop at some sightseeing on the way for short break (admission fee not included). Check in the hotel and relax.
Day 10: Hoi An Walking Half Day Tour (B)
Hoi An is an old port town, which was founded with mixture of different cultures from Vietnam to Japan, China and Europe.
Fortunately, most of ancient constructions in this town have been conserved at unspoiled condition (although some of buildings are now using for commercial purposes), so travelers will have a complete understanding of history and diversity in culture of this historic place.
Our half-day excursion is simply walking. We will wander along old streets, cross several old houses; see how daily lives of local people are, and witness how historical elements of the town merging with modernity. We will also visit some of the ancient monuments from other nations, like the Japanese Covered Bridge or Fujian Assembly Hall of Chinese. And after some walking, a cold glass of traditional herbal drink from a street-side shop is the best way to refresh, and enjoy the true taste of Hoi An on your tongue.
If we have enough time, we will also pass by a handicraft store, at which you could directly see the creation of most notable souvenirs in town, and take some of them back to your hometown.
Day 11: Da Nang - Nha Trang (B)
Have breakfast at hotel. Free time until driver pick up at hotel then transfer to Da Nang airport for flight to Nha Trang. This flight takes around 1 hour 20 minutes.
Upon arrival, driver welcome at Nha Trang airport then transfer to hotel. Check - in hotel and relax.
Day 12: Experience Royal Life on Emperor Cruise B/L)
08:00 – 08:30 am: Pick-up at your hotel and transfer to Nha Trang Port to board the Emperor Cruises Junk.
At about 08:30 – 09:00 am, you will arrive at the port and enjoy welcome drinks accompanied by the Experience Manager. Introduction of Nha Trang Bay, the locals, the food, the culture, the emperor, safety precautions, and the Emperor Junk. Start cruising while watching the spectacular landscape of Nha Trang Bay.
Head out to Mieu Island for trekking and visiting the local fishing villages. Learn about the way of living off the mainland and interact with the friendly locals while discovering the daily lives of the villagers. Spend a few minutes exploring the beautiful landscape by basket boats. Continue the journey to cruising across the Tam, Mot, and Mun Island before heading out for water activities such as Scuba Diving (not included), Snorkelling, or swimming in the clear blue waters of Nha Trang Bay. Enjoy the views of Nha Trang Bay and stopover at Dam Bay for a sumptuous set lunch served onboard as the boat anchors nearby Tre Island where a tranquil lagoon with fishing farms await.
13:30 – 15:30 After lunch, you will have the choice of resting and relaxing in Dam Bay Lagoon or enjoying more water activities such as swimming, sunbathing, and kayaking in the area. Alternatively, you may go walking across Tre Island for a short nature trip to a wild stretch of tropical paradise that is Tru Beach before walking back to Dam Bay and taking a short speedboat ride to the junk boat, which is great for taking photos or videos. In the afternoon, we will cruise through Vung Ngan floating village ,Vinpearl Land and catch a glimpse of the Bao Dai Villas on the way back to Nha Trang Port before returning to mainland.
Day 13: Nha Trang Free Day (B)
Free time to relax on the beach or shopping. 
Day 14: Nha Trang - Ho Chi Minh City (B)
Free in Nha Trang before take flight to Ho Chi Minh.
After about 1 hour flight time, you will reach Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City at which our drivers is waiting to bring you to hotels in the city centre. Check in hotel and free to explore the city on your own (or simply having a nap).
Day 15: Ho Chi Minh Half Day City Tour (B)
Morning or afternoon depature depend on availability. 
Enjoy the attraction of Ho Chi Minh City. Sightseeing examples of French colonial architecture and exploring the Vietnam’s turbulent in past at the Museum.
Our guide will show you the most interesting sights that Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. Depart from your hotel to the Reunification Palace, this beautifully preserved palace was the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. On April 30th 1975 the American War officially came to an end here. Afterward, we visit Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, which was built in 1880, and the Old Post Office, which was built sometime between 1886 and 1891. It is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture.
Our last stop would be at a local Market where you can practice your bargaining skills while shopping for souvenirs. Discover local life and culture. You’ll find some of the friendliest, liveliest, most convivial people in the city in here.
Return your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Free time in the rest of day.
Day 16: Ho Chi Minh - Cai Be - Can Tho (B/L)
Escape the city for a tour of the Mekong Delta, where you'll see what life is like beyond the urban centre of the south. An incredibly fertile region, the Mekong Delta's prime industry is food production, producing approximately half of Vietnam's total agricultural output. Local life for villages in the area revolves around the rivers and canals that make up the delta, so much so that people are more likely to transport by river than road. Enjoy the fresh air and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the countryside, still untouched by tourism. Board on boat and experience the diversity of the Mekong waterways first hand as you explore fish farms and exotic fruit farms. Touring the orchards, paddy fields and swamplands of the Mekong Delta, you could be forgiven for thinking you’ve stepped into the pages of a geography textbook.
Day 17: Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Market - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
Early wake up with a “should not be missed” floating market in Can Tho. Travel along the Mekong and the natural network of canals by motor boat and sampan under the shadows of water coconut trees. Taste seasonal fruits right from the orchard, meet friendly locals, and visit the region’s lively floating markets. After tour, tour guide and driver will take you back to Ho Chi Minh city. Rest of day is free at leisure.
Day 18: Ho Chi Minh Departure (B)
Have leisure time before your departure. You are welcome to join our interesting optional excursions in and around Ho Chi Minh City.
