Itinerary
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival (B)
Upon arrival in the bustling Ho Chi Minh City, still called "Saigon" by many locals, your guide will welcomed you at the airport and then transfer you to your hotel for check-in. 
Check in time at hotel is at 2:00pm and in case that you would like secure to an early check in, an additional charge will be applied.
Optional: We introduce the one-of-a-kind traditional performances which are found nowhere else than in Vietnam: Water Puppet Show where puppets are performed on water stage with folk music, presenting ancient tales, folklores and daily life in Vietnamese countryside. Day 2: Ho Chi MInh City Half Day City Tour (B)
Morning or afternoon departure depend on availability 
Enjoy the attraction of Ho Chi Minh City. Sightseeing examples of French colonial architecture and exploring the Vietnam's turbulent in past at the Museum.
Our guide will show you the most interesting sights that Ho Chi Minh City has to offer. Depart from your hotel to the Reunification Palace, this beautifully preserved palace was the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. On April 30th 1975, the American War officially came to an end here. Afterward, we visit Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral, which was built in 1880 and the Old Post Office which was built some time between 1886 and 1891. It is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture.
Our last stop would be at a local Market where you can practice your bargaining skills while shopping for souvenirs. Discover local life and culture. You will find some of the friendliest, livelist, most convivial people in the city here.
Return your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Free time in the rest of the day. 
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh CIty - Mekong Delta (B/L)
8:00 Our guide & car will pick you up & transfer to southwest Saigon access to Mekong Delta. Along the way, enjoy the scenery of lush rice paddies and fruits farm emerging alongside the highway.Upon arrival, board  a wooden boat to enjoy countryside scenery and river life. Continue a short ride 7km on bicycle after stretch your legs a bit (over easy, level terrain) along narrow village lanes, pass fruit orchards and local cottage inustries. You always here "Xin chao" or "Hello" along road by local people. Arrive local tropical fruit farmer, you have chance to walk around & taste fresh fruits. After short rest, you together with famer family jump into small pond and learn how to catch fish by hand. Enjoy your result with grilled fishes meals prepare by host. After that you have a relaxing sampan boat ride along tropical canals. Arrive local home-hosted lunch by short ride from pier. Short relax after lunch before continue your trip to Can Tho province for your overnight.
Day 4: Cai Rang Floating Market - Ho Chi Minh - Da Nang - Hoi An (B/L)
After breakfast at hotel, take a motor boat visit Cai Rang - the most fascinating floating market where we can see all trading activities on Mekong River. Do you mind to taste a bowl of "hu tieu" - traditional rice noodle of Mekong Delta person or try a small piece of durian which is the most addicted fruit to a local people. A short stop to visit rice husking mil and walk around the village. See the beautiful scenery and daily activities of the locals. Disembark at Ninh Kieu and transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City after lunch in Can Tho. Back to your hotel and enjoy your free time before transferring to airport in Ho Chi Minh for flight to Da Nang. Pick up at airport in Da Nang then transfer to hotel in Hoi An for check in. 
Day 5: Tra Que Village (B/L)
8:00 AM Local guide meets you at the hotel lobby. Go to a bicycle shop to choose a bicycle. Then ride to a local farm in Tra Que Village. You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join with farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing with seaweed from the local lake. Continue doing some next steps such as: raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities. Spend the rest of the morning working the land in honored way before having a break to prepare lunch with your host family. Your lunch consists of many local delicacies including ”tam huu” spring roll, 'banh xeo' or local pancake of people in middle region. After lunch, take a traditional Vietnamese post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables in the afternoon.
13:00 Farewell to your host family, ride back to Hoi An.
Day 6: Hoi An Street Food Tour (B/D)
Evening Walking Foodie tour is perfect combination of discovering Hoi An cuisine and culture. Our tour starts around sunset, and will walk you through local cafes, food stalls, markets, and restaurants, giving you a filling food adventure for the memory books.
We start to go to local areas and wander around the food stalls to discover Hoi An traditional dishes, including: 
Banh Mi You will have chance to taste the signature Vietnamese sandwich hand-made by royalty, the Banh Mi Queen.
Cao Lau Perhaps the difference between Cao Lau and other noodle dishes is the texture. Cao lau noodles are firmer and chewier - very similar to Japanese Udon - than those found in typical Vietnamese noodle dishes such as pho. The best bet for finding authentic Cao Lau in Hoi An is to eat from street vendors who only serve Cao Lau or a small handful of local dishes
Banh Beo We go through small alleys and stop at local business house and see how real Vietnamese life looks like. Here, we will discover a Vietnamese traditional cake: Banh Beo – a popular snack of Hoi An people.
Banh Khot is one of popular Vietnamese street food, a round pancake made with rice flour, turmeric, coconut milk, quail egg and vegetables at a famous street vendor near Hoai Square.

Local coffee Enjoy a cup of authentic Vietnamese coffee, famous for its mix of strong drip coffee and sweet condensed milk, that's sure to re-energize you for the rest of the day before finishing your journey to make it more memorable.

Day 7: Hoi An - Hue (B)
Pick up at the hotel in Hoi An, then transfer to hotel in Hue via Cloudy Pass. Land transportation by shuttle bus or private car will be used, with stop at some spots on the way for sightseeing and photoshoot (admission fee is not included).
Day 8: Cooking Class And Exploring Thuy Bieu Eco village (B/L)
8:00 - 8:30 am Our dragon boat will pick up group at Toa Kham wharf, start cruising on Perfume River. Stop for a visit to typical Thien Mu Pagoda which is a historic temple and the symbol of Hue romantic city. Back to the boat for a scenic cruise to Hue Ecolodge where our lcoal guide are ready to wait and welcome you to visit Thuy Bieu Eco village, and authentically village representing the countryside of Hue with the clear notion "garden home".
Spend 2 hours to stroll or bike around quiet village. Visit some handicraft families (the incense making family, the joss paper making family and the paper painting family) to discover the daily life of local people while they are working strenuously with joy and enthusiasm.
Take time to join a special cooking class at Hue Ecolodge by yourself under the instruction of Ecochief. (Vả fruit mixed shrimp and pork, Traditional Spring Roll and Banh Khoái).
After your practical class, it’s time to taste the Hue traditional dishes that you have prepared and our Eco-chef will be able to give his feedback on your own chef skills.
At the end of this tour, you will have a great time to relax by steeping your foot in medicinal herb water - a traditional therapeutic practice and enjoy excellent massage by local people.
Day 9: Hue - Ha Noi (B)
Driver picks up at hotel then transfer to the airport in Hue to take a flight to Ha Noi.
Upon arrival, our driver will wait and transfer you to your hotel in the city center of city. Check-in and free at leisure.
Day 10: Ha Noi Half Day City Tour (B/L)

Half day Hanoi city tour (by car or by motorbike – upon client’s interest) - Routes can change subject to client’s interest.
Begin the first day of the trip with a tour of Hanoi. Depart from the hotel for a visit to Vietnam’s first university: the Temple of Literature. Founded in 1076, Quoc Tu Giam was established within a temple to educate Vietnam's royalty, mandarins and members of the elite.
Continue with a visit to the iconic One Pillar Pagoda, one of Vietnam’s most iconic temples. Nearby is the Mausoleum of the historic father figure of modern Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, and his modest house on stilts. (Sites are viewed from outside; closed Mon and Fri and from Jun - Aug).
Visit the picturesque West Lake and its sixth century Tran Quoc Buddhist Pagoda. Tran Quoc Pagoda is regarded as the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi with its history line of more than 1,500 years.
After visiting, you will have a meal at an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant.

Day 11: Ha Noi - Ha Long Bay - Overnight on Cruise (B/L/D)
After breakfast at hotel, driver picks up and transfer to Halong Bay, listed as a World Heritage of outstanding natural beauty, known in Vietnamese as “Dragon descending to the sea”.
Upon arrival, the boat crew welcome you and check in then enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. You can also behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water.
Following break, depending on each cruise’s itinerary of the day, you’ll join some activities on boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visit a cave, doing kayaking or enjoy swimming in the sea before getting back to the junk for relaxing and dinner. Overnight on board.
Our tour guide will not escort you on the cruises, and be replaced by crew members who are fluent in English.
Day 12: Ha Long Bay - Ha Noi (B)
Early risers can enjoy a memorable sunrise over the karst formations of Ha Long Bay. Breakfast will be served shortly thereafter. Enjoy breakfast (brunch on some boats) while the vessels cruises slowly through the magnificent rock formations back towards port. Upon disembarkation, our driver will be waiting to provide transport to Ha Noi hotel for check in.
Day 13: Ha Noi Free Day (B)
Free day to explore Ha Noi on your own. 
Day 14: Ha Noi Departure (B)
Free at leisure in the morning.
