• Stroll to the local market, together experience the daily life of Hoi An through its symphony which is made of fresh greens, aromatic spices or the warm welcome of vendors. Drop somewhere to collect a few ingredients for our recipes.
• Come back restaurant to prepare all the materials just bought from the market. You will have opportunity to cook traditional dishes:

1. Rice pasta rolls.
2. Braised eggplant in clay pot.
3. Spicy grilled pork.
4. Grilled fish in banana leaf.

• Enjoy your just-been-made dishes, added with a salad, bread and dessert to fulfill your lunch.

• You will be leaving Ho Chi Minh in the morning and starting your journey to Mekong Delta. You will travel to My Tho and take a motor boat to enter My Tho city through Bao Dinh natural canal.
• Enjoy My Tho’s colorful street fruit market alongside the canal to soak up the lively atmosphere.
• Feel free to cruise on Tien River to visit Tortoise Island, view the fishing port, the traditional stilt houses and boat building workshops, and the other three evocatively-named islands - Dragon, Phoenix and Unicorn islands.
