Terms & Conditions

1. Rates
- The rates advertised for you on this website are available only when you book with us.
- All rates are valid till further notice and quoted in US dollars. Rates are net and inclusive of 5% service charge and excludsive 10% VAT.
- Rates are subject to change according to market fluctuation if necessary.
a. Child Rate
Under 2 years: free of charge and no meal/no bed (sharing service with their parents)
Between 2-12 years:
- Paying 50% adult’s tour fare sharing room with parents without extra bed
- Paying 80% adult’s tour fare sharing room with parents with extra bed
b. Free of charged policy (F.O.C)
Services are provided free of charge for every 16 th passenger of the groups and based on twin sharing rooms. Single room can be arranged with single surcharge. F.O.C for the tour leader with group less than 15 passengers can be arranged with special request.

2. Reservations
The reservation should be made by Online Reservation, Email or by Fax which be shown clearly at Booking Guide.

3. Confirmation of Booking
The confirmations are coordinated by our professional staff and send via e-mail or by fax to you within 24 hours except for special cases (during fair periods, high season, or special events...). If you do not receive any mail from us within 24 hours after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately at grandviettour@vnn.vn or Mobile: + 84-4-904196969
Disclaimer: Whilst we endeavour to process your booking request within the time guidelines shown above, unfortunately at times we are unable to finalize your request within this limit. Circumstances that may cause delays in replying to you include international public holidays and time zone differences.

4. Booking Guarantee
To guarantee your booking, we must require the deposit for your booking. Deposit of 10% of value of package tour or service per person is required upon confirmation of booking tour. The rest of total value of your package tour or service shall be required to send us only 60 days before departure for all services by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by the client.


5. Cancellation/Amendment:
a. For the hotel booking:

  • If you wish to cancel or amend your hotel booking after the voucher has been issued, a cancellation fee will apply, in accordance with the hotel policy. The cancellation fee varies according to the hotel/tour or ticket specified in your booking as well as your check-in date.
  • If you cancel or amend after the voucher has been issued, but NOT LESS THAN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS for hotel booking prior to the check-in date, there is no charge - it means no cancellation fee!
  • If you cancel LESS THAN 7 (SEVEN) DAYS prior to the check-in date, or fail to arrive at the hotel, a cancellation fee equal to the FIRST NIGHT'S accommodation cost will be incurred through your credit card, which was used to guarantee your booking.

b. For the tour booking:
> 21 days before arrival: no cancellation charge (except high season or some special cases).
12-20 days before arrival: 10% of the amount will be charge.
7-11 days before arrival: 50% of the amount will be charge.
< 7 days before arrival: 90 % of the amount will be charge.
No-show cancellation will be charge 100% of final tour price

c. For the ticket booking:
- Last minute cancellations for the tickets booking will be according to the regulations of each Airlines.

6. How to cancel or amend
All cancellations and amendments must be made IN WRITING using one of the following methods:

When you contact us, we require the following information, so that we may efficiently process your request and reply to you:

  • Your Booking number
  • Email Address used in the booking
  • The Full Name used in the booking

Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above.
Note: Please be advised that we will NOT accept any cancellations or amendments requests by phone unless the matter is extremely urgent. All amendment and cancellations are ONLY valid if you receive an email from us confirming receipt of your cancellation or amendment.

In-advance payment for some hotels, tours, tickets and other services can be done by one of the following ways:

  1. By Western Union:

Payment by Western Union (you can use cash - the service fee at your side). You go to any Western Union Agent at the local banks and fill "To Send Money Form" for the receiver:

After taking the money order and paying, you will receive a bill with MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) with 10 digits, please inform us the full name, country of sender, the amount and the MTCN through email to grandviettour@vnn.vn

  1. By credit cards:

We accept Visacard, Mastercard, Amex, Club Dinner, JCB with the transaction fee at 3.5%. We accept payment by credit cards online at your convenience that be shown clearly at the Booking guide.


7. Refund of Unused Services
Refund method will be done immediately upon agreement between you and Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd for unused services. Again we do not charge you any amount for our effort to refund if you have cancellation on time. However bank fees will be at your side.
* No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP / F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in the tour.

8. Tour program changes
Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd reserves the right to modify or re-arrange of any original tour program or to cancel or substitute any element of tour itinerary without prior notice when local situation conditions changes as well as due to schedule flights, circumstance situation of such period.

9. Tourist Guides
All services will be provided with a qualified English or French speaking guide. Other foreign language-speaking guide can be arranged on request with surcharge.

10. The Clients
The client must submit a valid email address on the Reservation Form. This email address will be used for all future correspondence relating to your booking. All care must be taken by the client to ensure that the information provided in the Reservation form is correct. It is the client's responsibility to advise Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd if an error in the email address was submitted on the Reservation Form or any other correspondence. Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd takes no responsibility for any incorrect information submitted.


11. Passport and Entry Visa
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.
 

 

12. Complaints
In the case of any problem or complaint, it is imperative that the client informs Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd at the earliest opportunity in order that they have the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd within 3 (THREE) days of the end of the service provided. A copy of the complaint must be also be submitted to and signed by the hotel manager. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd to rectify the complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the client may have.

 

13. Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour cost, but Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd can assist you to insure yourself comprehensively for the full duration of your tour. Passengers are strongly advised to have full travel insurance.

14. Liability
Grandviet Tour Co., Ltd acts as an intermediary between transportation and airlines companies, hotels, tourist offices and all contractors providing services for tourists. As such Grandviet Tour is not liable for any loss, injury or damage caused said parties.
